This was the highlight of our few days in Adelaide. We fell in love with a beautiful city and this could not have happened without our charismatic tour-guide, Dave. For two people who are not great fans of ‘sit-down’ bus tours, we enjoyed every single minute of this one. We were treated like royalty, we were looked after, we were entertained, we were shown the absolute best of South Australia in a day. Thank you, Dave, for your humour, your warmth, your realness, your humility, your knowledge and for keeping us safe throughout. Your driving is skilled and careful. Your knowledge of history is outstanding. Your passion for your city is infectious and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you! Adelaide is blessed to have people like you and we wanted to take you home! I fully recommend this tour. So many added bonuses and great value for money. Learnt so much, Hahndorf, Mount Lofty, Adelaide Oval, Glenelg beach, great vineyards, wine tasting, chocolate, almonds, olives, honey, you name it – we experienced it! And even got dropped off at the door to our hotel afterwards. What an awesome day!

We booked in for the half day tour of Adelaide as we only had the one day in this beautiful city. Dave collected us from the hotel on time, warmly welcomed us on board and introduced us to the others that he had already collected. Dave remembered our names and where we came from and all throughout the morning he generously and passionately shared with us all, his knowledge about Adelaide. Absolutely fabulous, so interesting, fantastic use of time, showed us so much and made it very interesting. My teenage son said it was the best!! Dave brought the city to life and made us feel so welcome we can’t recommend this tour, highly enough. Dave is brilliant, he deserves all the positive comments that are in these reviews, absolutely fantastic!!

I took my elderly parents and my teenage son on this terrific half day tour which was an excellent way to see and get to know Adelaide in a short space of time. Our driver was fantastic and very informative. We really enjoyed it.

Our driver, Dave, was a funny and energetic guy who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the Adelaide township and history.

We had a wonderful afternoon touring through the city into the wineries.

Dave made us feel well at home and we enjoyed the banter that was being thrown around the bus.

We wouldn’t hesitate in referring our friends to use this company for a day tour as long as they had Dave as their driver/tour guide!

Our driver and tour guide Dave was one of the best we have ever had! Really friendly and able to answer a wide range of questions from us Brits about Adelaide and all of Australia. We couldn’t recommend this half day tour highly enough. He even spotted wild kangaroo for us!

Had a wonderful afternoon in McLaren Vale with Dave. The wineries we visited were wonderful. Dave made the tour with his knowledge and good humour. Definitely worth the money.

We arrived in Adelaide by motorcycle, so decided to be ferried around. Our guide, Dave, was very knowledgeable, and funny as well. There was only 5 ppl on the bus, so it was intimate, and a lot easier to remember names. Excellent value for money.

My hubby and I are visiting Adelaide for the first time, so decided we needed an introduction before trying to navigate on our own. We picked See Adelaide’s Half day City & Hahndorf tour, which we enjoyed thoroughly.
Our driver/guide, David, was a fountain of knowledge about his city and State, which he is rightfully very proud of. Lots of fun info as well, which always makes it personal. We actually lucked out being the only people on the tour, good for us but a pity others couldn’t share in a fantastic morning taking in the sights.
We recommend this tour to anyone who would like some some interesting history as well as seeing Adelaide through the eyes of a local.

Great tour. The wine was great and the tour guide Ashley, was very informative. Would highly recommend for first time visitors to the Adelaide area. A just right lunch at the Pete Lehmann winery.
